Managers or Leaders

We haven't administrators even before. We had leaders.

We are all staffs. For important problems pm Managers. But managers don't need to be admins, and others can be admins too

Well we had leaders, which was very general, Admins can be Leaders, Managers can be leaders you see what I mean? Managers are specific.

Manager is someone who manage site. Admins manage site from admin panel mostly, managers manage as global moderators who can manage whole forum and members.

I don't want to have staffs like Admins, managers, supporters, gfx's etc with different positins as I think they all doing something for forum and they all deserve same rank and color, but members can see in what groups they are.

I will just put some different icons according to groups later.

I meant that when people think of Managers on forums they think of (Global) Moderators, they will not think to include Administrators within that, Leaders is very general and someone would, but Managers are very specific. In the end its your call, I am just saying that people may not think in those terms.

I tought that this is fair.

Than I was at MyBB, helping for some time: community.mybb.com and there all staffs have orange rank and only different is icon in rank. You can see difference only at staff list and Managers are 2 members, one who started MyBB and one who is something like leader. Even now after few months there idk who is admin, members of any group can be admins but they don't need to Saff list: http://community.mybb.com/showteam.php Chris Bulton started MyBB.

What if there is s techinical error? Who will the members know to contact?

That isn't hosting. That's software. So there is no lost passwords etc. And everyone of staffs works on developing new versions of it so everyone will know. Just post in support section. Our talk splitted

Also, everyone host it on his own host. So if there is tehnical error, we will be ablr to fix it or tgey will need to contact hosting provider if it's not software error.

I meant that some problems require the acp to fi , obvoiussly a Moderator Manager does not have access to it. Therefore not every problem can fixed by reporting to every Manager. I am just saying some foruming users may get confused regarding this. I have no problem with it, I just know if I were new here I would be wondering where the Adminsitrators at LOL.

They can post in suppprt any question. If manager don't know how to fix problem, he can give it to me.

Its not that he will not know how, its that he can not. I suppose your right that all the other staff could simply pass the problem along to those they know are admins, I am just simply pointing out Leader (in my opinion) worked better Manager. Again its your call though.
